Bought 2 items. Went to car. "Opened" box and they looked used and defective. Went back inside 10mins later and store said cant take back "opened" items. The boxes can open and close. They arent sealed. They were used. I asked the employee if I could have managers contact info. She said they didnt have a manager. 0 stars. Sold defective used items.
Price gouging on labubus they are selling them for 150$ when they are 27.99$ at pop mart absolutely atrocious
Regrettably their accounting is not accurate. I was overcharged for an item and they knew what they were doing. Do not recommend.
