The staff here have always went above and beyond for us in customer service anytime we have shopped here. Been getting our various collectibles, gadgets & plushies here for our 6 year old daughter for about a year now and they've always been super helpful and pleasant to deal with. They even helped with making sure her broken koala bedtime plushy had a great "spa day" and ensured she left happy
most insane markup prices i have ever seen on cards, 151 is 35 a pack when online it is 16.50, literally a 210% markup. 10$ packs that are 3$ online
Just came in and my kids were interested in freeze dried candy. The price for all the freeze dried skittles said $3.99. My kids were all going to buy a bag and the cashier said sorry that's an old sale and they're actually $10. There wasn't a date on the tag and she didn't honor the price at all. They were paying with their own money and left very disappointed. I'm not bringing my 4 kids back.
I got this jell typ thing for me and my brother we thought it would be good the expiry date was blocked by the label when we opened it was expired by a year and a half it was apposed to be red it was brown and junky wast of money DON'T BUY THIS!!
My daughters who are almost 11 were treated with so much disrespect by the staff at this location today. They had money to spend and were asking simple questions about products and were treated so poorly I had to say something. Please don’t look down on your youngest shoppers. They likely drive most of your revenue
