Lots of squishy stuff and a light
I'm just wanted to leave a review for the amazing store clerk named LaShanda. She showed us excellent customer service & communication skills and we had an amazing sale transaction where she helped us navigate the buy 3 get 1 free deal, which was super helpful. You could tell she pays attention to detail. The store was also clean and tidy & organized and she was very kind to deal with!
The staff here have always went above and beyond for us in customer service anytime we have shopped here. Been getting our various collectibles, gadgets & plushies here for our 6 year old daughter for about a year now and they've always been super helpful and pleasant to deal with. They even helped with making sure her broken koala bedtime plushy had a great "spa day" and ensured she left happy
most insane markup prices i have ever seen on cards, 151 is 35 a pack when online it is 16.50, literally a 210% markup. 10$ packs that are 3$ online
