Bought it one electric item with additional warranty with extra money. Recently went to store to find out does item still cover under warranty or no but Store Manager “ Kim” old lady was rude and telling 10 years story. Item is not selling anymore. When we buy any electronics item they explain us about additional warranty to cover everything but when it times comes to replacing item then they always excuse because they don’t want to give back. Don’t order online off these people. I’ve been scammed by them and then when you reach out the support says they won’t offer any help. I’ve had to ask the banks to step in. Hamilton locations are scammy my mind is blown how an owner would alllow a location to be run this way if zero stars were an option
The old lady with the black hair working today morning is terrible, rude and furious she accuses all of her customers for being “crazy” all i came in for today was to return something that was defected that i j bought yesterday for my daughter she started yelling at me, accusing me of just wanting to rip the store off when all i asked for was a simple exchange for my daughter.
