I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Showcase location in Hamilton this weekend. Unfortunately, I witnessed a situation where a customer was treated unprofessionally by management while trying to resolve a reasonable return. Went here Friday night. All the buy 3 get 1 free stuff is a major scam. It is not for the type of items but rather the cheapest thing is free. My friend bought 4 blind boxes and thought it would be 30$ discount but picked up 4 eggs as well and since one 1 bill it was way more than we expected. Immediate Action Required – Manager at Limeridge Mall Showcase Is Rude and Unprofessional I am appalled by the behavior of the manager at the Showcase store in Limeridge Mall, Hamilton. my eight-year-old and six-year-old children and I were publicly humiliated and treated with utter disrespect. My daughter went here to buy a nee doh but her money was refused because she only had loonies, toonies, and quarters that she had saved up. The woman behind the counter absolutely refused it and said she'll only accept bills or card. My daughter was pretty upset. I highly recommend staying away from this pathetic excuse of a store.
