if I could give them a 0 star rating I would. Everything is overpriced, the staff is miserable and dress AWFUL. Maybe brush your hair before coming into your shift?
We go there alot for our grand daughter.They all know us trust me.Well My grand daughter wanted another labubu.So as she was using her birthday money she was about 11 dollars short.I went to wallat and realized my debit card was missing.She was upset but the lady at counter (michelle) said dont worry about it and paid with her own personnal card.I was shocked on the kindness.She said you can catch me next time.Now who in this day and age does kind and thoughtful things like this.We left after thanking her like 10 times and a... read more
Staff is friendly and they have very fun items and I never have a hard time finding something new
I am an82 years old and I have shopped at showcase many many times for my grandsons birthdays and Christmas , I actually love to shop there and have bought lots of presents there .i went into the store to return a small little vacuum for my car , never used it because it was not strong enough for what I wanted , so the lady at the cash was adamant that she was not going to let me return it , I had the bill , everything was in order , same as I bought it (Saturday Oct 4 ,2025….She said I told her that I would report her and s... read more
