My experience with Showcase was incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable. I purchased a toy for my daughter, and within 20 minutes—before we had even left the parking lot—it was clear the item was defective and not functioning at all. Rude customer service. I went into Showcase today to find something for my sister’s birthday. While I was looking, a woman with red hair and glasses asked if I needed help. I said yes, but before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off and said, “We don’t have it—the NeeDoh? they would not even pick up my calls! Super overpriced prices doubled for the needoh went from 9.99 to 19.99
They don't care about customer satisfaction. You have lost me as a customer over $5. I have purchased many things here for my granddaughters, but never again. Here's why; I bought one watch at 19.99 where the sign closest to it said 9.99. Misleading, yup! The Hello Kitty slime kits were on sale for 5.00. The store had a promotion where you buy 3 items and a fourth is free. So I grabbed three slime packages. Bill was just over $40.
