My experience with Showcase was incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable. I purchased a toy for my daughter, and within 20 minutes—before we had even left the parking lot—it was clear the item was defective and not functioning at all. Rude customer service. I went into Showcase today to find something for my sister’s birthday. While I was looking, a woman with red hair and glasses asked if I needed help. I said yes, but before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off and said, “We don’t have it—the NeeDoh?
