Terrible staff. 1) I was looking for an item and the staff member said “omg noo I set it aside for myself to buy at the end of my shift so we don’t have it. I ordered something for my daughter. We did a pre order sale and was told it would be in. We went to get her Needoh she was told hers didn't come. Why did I pre pay for something that enough weren't ordered, then when a refund was requested, we were told we couldn't get it, and was only offered an in-store credit? I paid in cash, so I should be able to get my payment back in cash? They don't do enough cash sales to do that, $18.07? And my daughter and wife both said it was a very impolite situation. tried to exchange an item I ordered online in store because it stopped working - I have had it for less than 2 months but now I can't return it online either - and they have the item right in store... so now I'm stuck with a disfunctional item. I don't think I'll be shopping here anymore.
Friendly staff. Had everything I was looking for.
I have been I'm the store twice back to back . I knew nothing about what I was after I got treated so well both days. On my second day with only one staff member working they went above and beyond. Well over 5 dropped phone calls to there manager just to help me with a pre order. Everyone in the store was polite and waited. I was able to get my pre order done no problem I could have done my order on line but the service I received the first day made me return.
