Friendly staff. Had everything I was looking for.
I have been I'm the store twice back to back . I knew nothing about what I was after I got treated so well both days. On my second day with only one staff member working they went above and beyond. Well over 5 dropped phone calls to there manager just to help me with a pre order. Everyone in the store was polite and waited. I was able to get my pre order done no problem I could have done my order on line but the service I received the first day made me return. I was looking for pokemon cards and did find lots, English and Japanese so I was pretty excited BUT then I saw there pricing! $250 for 151 blooming waters (MSRP 100ish, $200ish for prismatic evolution ETB (MSRP 60 to 70) these are scalper prices! Oh and 19.99 for a booster pack. Very disappoing.
I shopped here the other day, the workers were more interested in chit chatting than to even greet me. I can say this because the one worker got a notification on her phone about someone from the beastie boys passing away. When I went to pay , I tried to make some quick chit-chat. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. They force you to provide your phone number, and if you refuse, you're hit with extra charges on your purchase. This isn’t just poor customer service—it feels like a sneaky, manipulative tactic to coerce you into giving up your personal information. It’s hard to trust a business that prioritizes its marketing strategy over customer respect. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before doing business here.
