The service here is absolutely unbelievably arrogant.I made a return on a purchase and I had the bill in hand and the reason for return was it was not as advertised on TV!I I was told I could only get a gift card or buy something,no cash back due to it being opened,it was in the box in mint condition.How can someone know ifs its suitable if you don' open it?Soo long story short,I have no use for a gift card as I've no reason to buy from this business so I had practically had to look for something to buy where as there was no... read more

I've been checking in for labubus every few weeks and have never had luck. Today I went in out of curiosity and the only one left was the display one, but without hesitation the employee sold it to me. I don't know what else to say other than amazing service and kindness.

All the stuff at this store is cool but CAN YOU MAKE THE STUFF A LOT CHEAPER PLEASE IT IS SOOOOOO OVERPRICED!!! Like I can go over to the Great Canadian Dollar Store or even Dollarama or Pipers and just buy a poppit or a Fidget Spinner for just 2$ this store sells those kind of stuff for like 100$ Such a ripoff and I am never coming back again.
