One of the worst shopping experiences I ever encountered. They threatened to call security for me because I asked for a refund when my 10 year old went and bought a birthday gift, and wasn’t aware it was a knockoff!! They didn’t even tell her of a no return policy, despite us just returning it 30 minutes after it was purchased. It’s pretty obvious how low class this store has become!
I have ordered pro active online or in store from Showcase for over 10 years. I ordered pro active online and decided to finally stop using the product. I went in after my order arrived unopened and asked to return for a refund. I was immediately shut down because I ordered it online and that they can't do the return in store. I asked if she could help me with it, and she said no. I than asked how to open my refund and she said no.
