I wasn’t too impressed with my experience here. The products themselves are interesting, but I found the prices to be quite high—for example, Touchland was around $30, while it’s $14 at Sephora. Unfortunately, the staff interactions also felt unfriendly. One employee in particular made me uncomfortable with unwelcoming looks and even accused me of breaking a product I hadn’t touched. Please please please avoid buying items at higher then authentic prices for items not deemed authentic from showcase Dieppe. I’ve tried to return fake items one day later and they have mentioned no returns and provided a contact card with email for further assistance. I’ve emailed with no response. Investigation open with my CC.

One of the worst shopping experiences I ever encountered. They threatened to call security for me because I asked for a refund when my 10 year old went and bought a birthday gift, and wasn’t aware it was a knockoff!! They didn’t even tell her of a no return policy, despite us just returning it 30 minutes after it was purchased. It’s pretty obvious how low class this store has become!
