I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment we received during our visit to that store. Despite not causing any disruption or behaving inappropriately, a staff member was rude to us and asked us to leave. This behavior was uncalled for and left us feeling disrespected as customers.
Ali… apparently she’s the manager at this store … worst customer service ever… the store is a mess and their stock is everywhere… I would not recommend coming to this store
Great service from both associates. The young gal mopping the floor at close was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. She informed me of the B2G3 sale going on. The fella at till was friendly and able to provide details of the exchange policy as the items purchased were christmas gifts. Much appreciated
We bought slime there. First of all, all their slime is overpriced. But when my daughter played with it, it would break and it was like a rubber band. The assistant manager refused to accept it as faulty and argued with me. She refused to give us even an exchange for it stating it is designed that way and it’s only my opinion that it’s not ok. We left it and walked out on brand new slime that cost $10+. We will never shop at these stores again!!
