Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I’ve shopped here a couple of times and the service was average, but today was beyond TERRIBLE. I went in with 4 of my friends and we were told by the workers only a limit of 2 people when later on there was way over 2 people in the store. My friends left to go to a different store and I stayed behind and looked around to see what things are new. Horrible customer service. Today me and my friends (4) decided to go for fun and see what they sold, and they suddenly said “two people only” definitely assuming we were going to steal, because later on I noticed a bunch of people inside. And honestly that isn’t even that big of a deal but then me and three of my other friends left so the fourth one could just chill in there and suddenly hes being accused of shoplifting when he hadn’t. The store was well stocked and clean. The clerk was helpful and friendly.
I am extremely disappointed with the way my two younger siblings were treated at the Showcase store in Londonderry Mall around 5PM. They were wrongly accused of stealing, with absolutely no solid proof—just an assumption based on counting Fanta bottles. One of my siblings was celebrating their birthday that day, and this completely ruined what was supposed to be a special and happy occasion. They were both extremely upset for the rest of the day, all because of a baseless accusation and poor handling by the staff. This kind ... read more
