Not worth 1 star. By far the most dysfunctional facility I've ever seen. Only one cna on duty per shift. A D.O.N. who lives there, not to mention most other staff live there. They all seem clueless and have never assisted me with even little things. Only one cna is true and helpful. Thank you Fernando! There are residents that smoke Marijuana at the back entrance.
