Small town judge biased towards non residents of goodland. Absolutely no regard for the law or fairness. Puts personal relationships and personal opinions into legal cases. Seems to often make his mind up before even hearing both sides speak. Friends with several residents good luck being an outsider and being listened to. Absolutely a disgrace to the justice system.
