They have a recently published article outlining the California WARN act however, when I called, even though I fully fall under the act, they just said they’re just really busy. They even stated because of the economy, this doesn’t apply. I’ve read the act, it is very back and white. The act does not outline an exception due to the economy. I do not recommend this firm and better yet, actually recommend they get a new receptionist. I didn’t even get the opportunity to speak to an attorney.
