MADE a trip out to check this butcher out, it's not your typical butcher, they couldn't tell me really anything about the meat or if they use additives, antibiotics etc. unfortunately I'm leaving 3 stars because the lady had zero knowledge about the meat and gave me not one good reason to even continue to see what they offered besides meat, not very welcoming and brushed me off immediately because I asked about additives in the meat
I was on a business call with one of the owners and she offered to ship some sauces and seasonings all the way out here to Sacramento California! I really enjoyed the Original BBQ sauce so far. Thanks again!
Shoup's catered my friend's wedding! The food was amazing! Food was flavorful and seasoned well. But this POPPISEED salad dressing is a 10/10. Morgan and Emily were excellent. Their customer service was great!
