If I could give a 0 I would. I live about 2 hours away and I guess that means Im not eligible to buy a car. I sent in all my trade info first thing in the morning before they opened and I cant even get a response back on value. We wanted to trade in 2 vehicles just to get 1. Salespeople should be trained in appraisals to make the process smoother and take less time. Pretty sad experience and its not even the sales dept. fault.
