Worst experience ever!!! Paid for an hour and he rushed us out in less than 30 minutes. Then took almost a month to deliver 10 edited pictures. I requested 24 more pictures and he charged $10 a picture but did not edit!! Claims it was $15 for editing. So basically I paid over $500 for 10 pictures and 24 copies of pictures I had already screenshot! Yes none of the pictures were printed…all digital. I want to support Black owned businesses but THIS Definitely is not THE ONE!! Save your time and $$$!
Wonderful photos horrible customer service. Who spends $150 for pics and they never send them to you. Then you have to contact in order to get your pics with no conversation or even a simple did you like your photos. I would never patronize this business ever again. I don’t care how good your service is if you can’t value my dollar I will not patronize your business. Horrible for a black own business
