Will they do the things needed to perform your tax return? Sure, you bet! They helped for a few years as an independent hair stylist finding my way. Will they treat you with dignity and respect as a small business owner? Meh, not in my experience. They will dump you asap. Called and asked for information. All i was told was that we do not take on new clients without a referral. I asked how i could get a referral and was given a generic answer "from one of our clients" and then the lady was like okay bye.
The person answering the phone is very rude and not helpful, she was very condescending to my questions, which is unfortunate. Edit to add information because the owner commented and said “please direct questions to your accountant.” I do not have an accountant, I don’t have one, that’s why I was calling and asking questions. Hope they will speak with the front desk because they did not mention that.
Shotola & Hale is a CPA firm that handles all your tax needs. From filing taxes to payroll they can handle it all. I've been using them for the past 4 years with my small business, and have been very pleased. Both Marcie and Cyndi are excellent CPA's and can answer all your tax questions. I recommend this firm very highly!
