I'm relaying a review from my dad who doesn't do Google reviews but wanted to show appreciation. This past March I brought in my wife's Bailey Cowboy hat for restoration. The Bailey is pretty close to 50 years old. It was covered in dust and the felt seemed brittle and lifeless. The inside liner was crusty and brittle.
