Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean store, a large amount of options for product. This will be the only place I go for my hats.
First time purchasing a cowboy hat. Everyone saying to go to Shorty’s. Tried another place w/o much help — totally opposite experience at Shorty’s. Thank you Brad!! No better place to buy a hat.
These hats are the best quality, custom hats there are. If we could give them 100 stars, we would. You will not find better people if you search the whole world over! Thank you for being so amazing!
Went in was going to purchase several items, the salesmen working never even recognize that we were there he was too busy with a guy wanting a custom map to even say hello. Ended up put items back and walking out. Verry rude, was not impressed for everything i had heard about them!
Such a fun experience!
