With these reviews, apparently I went on a bad day!!! What a waste of time and $225! I showed pictures and took another hat in for reference of how I wanted my straw hat shaped, not even close! A complete waste of a 2.5 hour drive and bigger waste of money! I’m glad most everyone else had a good experience, but I will never go back! I guess I will keep getting my straw hats at Cavender’s because unfortunately they have done better than a custom hat shop! I now have a $225 straw I will have to wear fishing because I damn sure... read more
