It was like buying a new boat from a 3rd rate used car dealer. Purchased the boat and next day (my birthday) put it in the water...the tilt didn't work. Trailered the boat for 1 1/2 hour one way back to dealership where they found the power wire had been disconnected when the replaced the ignition - remember, this is a NEW boat - and never wired the tilt to the battery.
