If I could give them 0 stars or negative stars I would. Horrible, ghetto and dirty. This bus company holds a monopoly and can care less about their customers especially the ones that commute. The bus is always late like 30-40min late. And they dont even apologize for being late. I lost my work ID and I know for a fact I left it on the bus but when I call lost and found its nowhere to be seen. How I know? Well. This is an interesting place. Many buses make their connections to customers here. Buses, especially,Trailways. come in and out.
Absolutely horrible.Most The east side buses are always late coming and going. I finally had a good driver for the last few years.And now they switched his route, new guys, absolutely horrible and late.All the time. They have a very hard time keeping drivers
