Steer clear! Signed up only to realize immediately a separate charge for membership and a separate charge for a box were both put on my card. Immediately called and canceled both and charges were reversed. 2 weeks later received an email saying an order was being processed. Called and never got to speak with anyone and also emailed the company saying I didn’t authorize the purchase and never got a response. They charged me anyways. first box was great value but style was off. second box was good but non-interesting. third box was literally just a $50 polo and a $15 brush… along with 10 wooden tees and a ball mark. the first two id say were worth it, the third absolutely wasnt. i couldve bought the same brush and polo in the colors i wanted and saved $5. for a box thats allegedly got $120+ worth of gear, this last one really sucked. considering unsubscribing at this point.
I was a loyal subscriber for several years and originally only canceled because I’ve been stacking too many golf accessories. I purchased a fairway subscription and received my first box in early April. No complaints on the box I received, it was what it was advertised to be. I have not received a shipment since then even though my account says they shipped in May, June, and July. I have tried emailing customer service a couple times with no response. I feel like I’ve been scammed and would not recommend using short par 4.
I liked the service a couple of years ago but now I am getting repeats of items. For instance, I have four pairs of the navy 1764 shorts. I hope they ca. stop doing that
