I was a loyal subscriber for several years and originally only canceled because I’ve been stacking too many golf accessories. I purchased a fairway subscription and received my first box in early April. No complaints on the box I received, it was what it was advertised to be. I have not received a shipment since then even though my account says they shipped in May, June, and July. I have tried emailing customer service a couple times with no response. I feel like I’ve been scammed and would not recommend using short par 4.
I liked the service a couple of years ago but now I am getting repeats of items. For instance, I have four pairs of the navy 1764 shorts. I hope they ca. stop doing that
Items are off season and cheap quality. They’re really tacky in general or on the opposite spectrum suited for a grandpa. Customer service has been unresponsive in my billing cancellation request via text and email and there’s no chat available as indicated in terms of service. Attempts to exchange items are incredibly difficult. Inventory, size and color is very low. Avoid at all costs. If you get a gift membership, decline it politely
Absolutely horrible. Greg Norman shorts from costco (15$). Cheap Chinese short par 4 brand 1/4 zip , open logo is embroidered crooked and just bad. And a cheaper t shirt from a tourist store 5$. Stay away. Garbage. Oh and nex belt from Marshall's. This is there premium box. What a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. ITS A RIP OFF. Thank you for the standard response.
