I signed up for a membership. Asked for an address change the same day I ordered and support assured me they changed it. They sent it to wrong address, took them another two weeks to figure it out with spotty customer service emails. A month goes by and I haven’t received my package and then I get charged again for the second before my first box arrives. A really poor customer experience with so little follow up. Advertising name brand golf apparel but sends temu off brand junk clothes Your response regarding your work with “up-and-coming brands” does not absolve you of the fact that you sent unbranded screen-printed clothing. I made an attempt to contact you, but I received no response. Why would you not reach out to me? Your justification for advertising a name brand and then sending off a brand-telling me to contact you for a fix suggests that you do not value my business.

Tried out one box, got all crappy items. I expected a few crappy items, but nope. All crap. I’ve never cancelled a subscription so fast.

First order was absolutely awful. I will give them one more chance after changing my subscription but as of now do not even slightly recommend you signing up…. Update, second box was just as bad. Clothes are very cheap. Absolutely nothing I would wear. Was able to cancel my subscription online, I hope! Would not recommend signing up.
