Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Workmanship and Lack of Accountability I’m sharing my experience to help other boat owners avoid the costly and frustrating situation I’ve faced. Excellent and efficient service, a recent re-power and fit out to my work vessel conducted by Nathan was outstanding with great communication throughout process and his recommendations and attention to detail has provided unparalleled finished product quality and functionality. Absolutely overwhelmed with the performance and control enhancements! Highly recommended!!
All talk, don’t deliver. We arrange wth the sales guy to have the boat collected, lifted, antifoul and some minor work done. Day before we couldn’t get hold of him or anyone else in the office to discuss collection etc. When they finally called back they told us they couldn’t do what they sales guy had promised and the job was now going to be ten times the original job. Now I know why other boaties rolled their eyes when we said we were using Short Marine.
