One of the worst places I have ever had to pick up. I know exactly what I'm picking up the day before, but for some the order is never ready. Check in, get dock assignment, then sit in the dock from anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour 30 minutes. Then they finally start loading the trailer. All this time other trucks are coming and going. It can take me an hour and a half to pick up 2 skids. Usually plan on between 2 to 3 hours to pick up. I work at a place that uses Shorr plastic stretch wrap and its the worst ive ever used. About half the rolls are unusable, makes everyone's job so much more difficult
Any place that has a restroom (not a portajohn) is a decent place! Love the office lady pink everything! 🤠…..I have buy me that same keyboard ⌨️
Unfortunately the staff here in S/R left freight (THAT THEY SIGNED FOR) on my trailer. This is a busy place in the later morning and the female is very kind. The loaders and unloaders made a mistake and that stuff happens. When I was dispatched to deliver what they forgot; the older (Caucasian) man gave me a hard time because he didn't want to do any work. Absolutely ridiculous to treat drivers with so much disrespect when in fact I went out of my way to re-deliver their freight. 0/5. 0/10. 0/100.
