I’ve been seeing Joe at Shoreside Physio for the past few weeks to treat a calf injury and I am very happy with the care provided. Joe is highly professional, knowledgeable and supportive. He provided a tailored exercise program that has assisted to strengthen and support the healing process. He takes time to explain clearly and ensures I feel confident with each stage of recovery. I would highly recommend Joe, his expertise and encouragement have made a difference to my recovery.
