Couples beware: Despite his great reputation I was very unimpressed with his poor communication and am currently questioning his ethics, unfortunately. Context: I'm going through a divorce and he has done our family's tax returns for several years now. This year I communicated with Mark about him still doing my taxes this year and we set a date that I would drop off all of my tax forms to his office. Mark is incredible. This is our second year using him and my only complaint is that we didn’t find him sooner. He is very thorough and explains things in a manner which we can understand. He gave us several suggestions last year which allowed us to obtain the best possible outcome this year.
