I am new to Shoreline as I just relocated to the area. Because I was unfamiliar with the app, I mismanaged my bank transfers and caused a MESS in my account! I called and spoke to Mack, and she was so WONDERFUL, patient, understanding of my errors - it was a breath of fresh air speaking to her today.
