Opened a account applied for a cc all in one day had Brad at the branch helped me and treated me as his friend so nice and professional
Terrible customer service. Act like it’s a burden to do their job. Just a simple lack of communication, over complicated systems. I’ve used different banks and credit unions in the past and this is by far the worst one. Albeit I don’t have an account with them but am helping someone else deal with there b.s.
