I refinanced my car through Tomas. He made the process fast, easy, and clear. I got a way better rate than I was at before. I would recommend him and Shoreline to anyone!
I mostly get bad customer service when I call this bank. I always try my best to sound friendly and polite, but the employees here usually have a rude and aggressive tone. Their bank app performs maintenance randomly throughout the day usually nights which is inconvenient when you need your money now. When they say they’ll return my call, they don’t. We switched to Shoreline after we arrived here in Wisconsin and we just love the way they do business. We have all of our checking and savings accounts with them as well as our home and auto loans. Adria and Mack have been life savers for us. Super glad to be "Shoreliners" !!
Shoreline is simply amazing and I can’t say enough good things about Tomas. He recently worked on a vehicle loan for my daughter and made her one happy little lady yesterday. He made everything so quick and so easy and he was on top of answering all of the many many questions I had. It’s refreshing to do banking when you know you have someone like Tomas on the other end of things, working to make it easier for you.
