I am very happy with the support I received from my therapist at Shoreline. I was able to get support around my anxiety and really get a handle on coping skills that worked for me. I highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend anyone work with Dr.Hilmes. I met with him for an ADHD assessment for attention issues. After over a year of waiting to be available to get my assessment done, the process itself took less than 30 minutes, and part of it included an IQ test that was entirely irrelevant . He was not thorough, dismissed much of the information I provided. His treatment recommendation ended up essentially being “have good diet and good exercise”. My experience here with my therapist has been life changing. I have gone to many different ones throughout my entire life, and had lost hope on finding real help. The coping and mindfulness techniques I have been learning have had a huge impact, the people around me comment on how I'm showing healthier signs. Always remember though, you can be given techniques to help yourself, but ultimately it's up to you to use them. There's no magical cure all, but the kind councelor I'm seeing here has changed my life for the better.
