My loved one was recommended there by their PT Nicole and that was one of the best decisions that we could have made. To stay local in Whiteville vs going to a facility out of town, because they have an excellent rehab staff and my loved one was treated with respect and got better within a timely fashion. The CNAs were all helpful and seemed to address issues that came up as fast as they could. The nurses were all attentive as well. I would recommend this place.
My cousin works there in the therapy department and she speaks highly of this place and Liberty Commons. We decided to take admit out dad here at Shoreland for rehab and the therapy staff did a good job at getting him back on his feet. Management resolved our concerns fast. The facility was neat and clean.
The PT Nicole recommended this rehab facility to my facility and so far the nurses and aides are very nice, helpful, and the therapy team has been very good.
Everyone has been very nice. They have helped answer questions. Magon Todd has been so helpful. She is great. Annie Woodworth, Brittany, Laura and the nurses are also very good. I never saw any attitudes toward anyone. Keep up the great work
