Update: I’m not sure how to get in contact with you. I don’t want to talk to this branch’s manager. I always have the worst experience at this branch. It seems that they are the only branch that do they’re job correctly and the others don’t. I love the branch in Denton and the one by the movies they always help me with my transitions but in this one there is always a reason for them not to be able to help me with them, a new “but” or “the others aren’t doing their jog correctly “ every time.
