Extremely slow, bad, customer service. Especially despicable with the #internet and #online support! Very uncoordinated and unorganized. They refuse to have your back with unauthorized charges, on the contrary their employees maliciously freeze your accounts and cards when you loose patience with them about their incompetence and lack of assistance.
