Best bank that I've ever had very helpful people, very nice and most of all great customer service.
Opened a bank account in January 2020. Worked with the branch manager. Was told the next day that I could not keep the account because I was not incorporated in MD. But they knew that before I opened the account. It is three months later and they only sent me a bank statement showing zero balance (after they debited my initial deposit) but have not refunded my deposit yet.
