St. Michaels Branch is the best. Tellers and other staff are so friendly and helpful. Ms. Paula was incredibly nice and helpful in updating my account plus issuing me a new card because I Iost mine. Highly recommend Shore United St. Michaels Branch.
Shore United Bank has the absolute BEST customer service around. Pam the branch manager really really cares about each customer who walks in the door. Everyone is always quick to greet me by name, even if I don’t remember theirs every time! I’m a fan and customer for life!
