The tellers at the Cambridge branch looked after me far better than those signed me in. Shaundell is spectacular to look at, and convincing in prior to the actual research into a line of credit. I'd mentioned I had NO credit cards: Oh, no problem. 3 weeks later..oh we can't give you a line of credit as you have no revolving account history! Sweet! That & a few other tidbits I won't go into. I had a wonderful experience with Shore United in Dunkirk, especially with Judy Foxx. She was able to resolve a complicated business issue, which in turn, assisted a family we were serving. She and her team worked quickly and diligently to help me and I truly appreciated it. I will be opening additional accounts here in the future. I have n't been this impressed at a bank in many years. Shore United is one of the few 'Community' banks left. You call their number, and a HUMAN from the LOCAL AREA answers the phone and is empowered and able to help. A breath of fresh air. I have started moving a portion of funds and accounts to Shore United.
Love you guys and Julie is the best on Centennial st. Always has a smile and knows everyone by their name when they walk in the door or at the window. Makes me feel like a member of the bank! Thank you 😊
