Committed check fraud when I accidentally sent a check without a date, after Brittany Nelson's intimidation and threats. One representative told me since the check had no date, they would send it back to me and I could make the payment through the online portal. I made the appropriate payment to bring my account current, but lo and behold, they also took it upon themselves to date my check and cash it. This encounter with Shore United Bank (SUB) for our mortgage was the absolute worst experience my wife and I have ever had, and it's not even close. This review is long, so to make it short, do not waste your time with them. They set unreal expectations for themselves, cut corners, constantly over promise and under deliver, and are more than happy to lie to your face and deceive you if you aren't careful.
