I've been a Shore Transit customer for years. I have no other way to get to doctor appointments. NOW they only go to Berlin, MD 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. now I cannot get very serious medical attention. I'm talking about the threat of losing body parts and sepsis. I'm 67 with no local family support. I am very upset with this change. I would like to know exactly why? I'm sure it has to do with $$$. I scheduled a bus ride for November 11, 2024. People are quick to complain but no praise. I had the same driver going to and from my appointment. I've been on your buses and have the same driver quite a few t times. She has always friendly and courteous. She is an Excellent employee. Please bring this POSITIVE review to her.
