Worst credit union I've ever been to. The ATM inside Stellantis is always empty. It's a limit how you use YOUR money. Won't answer the phone for customers. I've never seen anything like it.

I belong to another credit union and have used the Shore to Shore ATM for years (for a fee). I asked for change for $50. The teller asked if I was a member. I said I belong to a credit union. She then asked if I belonged to Shore to Shore specifically. I do not. She replied "we are unable to exchange cash to non-members ". This policy turns business away and explains why the office and parking lot were empty. Strongly recommend not going there I won't be back.
