I have been going for regular massages for about 5 months now. I LOVE booking Michael, he is really firm and finds all my knots and really works hard on them (I prefer a deep massage, not really interested in soft ones). I have a physical job, gym 4 x wk, and have a lot of niggly injuries. Michael does an amazing job and I always feel such relief from head aches, stiff joints, glutes, shoulders, hips. Had the worst massage of my life last-night with some guy in his 20’s. He attitude was cold and blunt / rude. The massage itself was all over the place all he did was dig his elbow into my back. The shop was cold (as in heating, none). Will not be going back ever.
I experienced a massage for a short time, and I don't want to go here again. He made my shoulder hurt very much. She is a long-haired girl.
Zero Stars. Terrible experience, the lady massaging me kept walking away, talking loudly, it was really hard to try to relax. Customers walking in were loud, no consideration for people having a relaxation massage, I know it's not their fault how loud the people walking in are, but just know that's what you can expect, perhaps paying good money, customers should be put away from reception, where it's quieter, I suggested they put a sign on the door saying quiet zone. I'll never go back there it was terrible.
Usually I have a good experience, however today was different. The massage itself was good however the co-workers were talking and laughing to each other the whole time (30 min massage) and it was extremely hard to feel relaxed especially when my massage therapist was laughing and talking loudly whilst I was in the room very close to my ear.
