I booked at 10am for 1hr session and I was on the way, I got a phone call after 10min and the receptionist guy said I have to move my session after 11am. because it was too busy in the morning. I’ve been dealing with severe leg pain for years and last night it got so bad I was in tears. Today I decided to try a massage and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been to Shore Therapy before but today I saw Lucy and she was amazing from the moment I walked in. She was so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable straight away. She started on the backs of my legs and worked her way up and checked in the whole time about pressure which I really appreciated. Paid for Full body remedial massage, ended up being like a relaxation massage. Masseuse seemed disinterested. Not a good experience.
