The staff were excellent — very friendly, attentive, and professional. The massage therapists were highly skilled. There were four of us, and we all had a one-hour full body massage at the same time, and every one of us was extremely satisfied. We loved the massage style, the room temperature, and the music — everything was just right. A small suggestion: serving a gentle hot drink like tea or herbal tea at the end would be lovely and would truly take the experience beyond expectations.
