It took four visits to correctly set-up the bunks that hold our boat on the lift. After the first attempt by Shore Style Lifts, I realized that the guide poles were too narrow and contacted Brian. They came out shortly thereafter to adjust the poles. This was their second attempt. The day before I was to move the boat from the marina to our lift, I went down to double check the electric to the lift and everything else. What a breath of fresh air working with Bryan and Shore Style. Bryan not only answered the phone but came out later that same day to inspect our lift after working all day. He actually listened and quoted us on what we needed to retrofit our lift for a pontoon boat instead of forcing an expensive and not needed solution.
