Self referred for osteoporosis- Steve did a thorough intake, prepared a workout based on my needs - educating me on wt resistance training for osteoporosis - great workouts - highly recommend

I wish I could give six stars. I'm 84 with very creaky joints and my experiences at Shore Strength have been excellent+. Dr. Kelly provides intense personalized care that reflects deep understanding of flexibility combined with strength and nerve interactions. Her programs are designed with great care and specifically targeted to your individual needs, limitations, and progress. I've been to 4-5 other therapy places and none come close to Shore Strength. Highest recommendation!
I needed physical therapy for a long time. Then my back went out when I was in Bradley Beach. I was not looking forward to it because in the past I went to Mount Snai where they worked on 4 people at a time and left you mostly on your own. I luckily found Ezra at Shore strength. What a different experience. Ezra is great and I get one on one physical therapy which is amazing. Love it here! Nothing like the traditional physical therapy places. They work on building strength around the entire area, focusing on the bigger picture. Friendly, clean and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend !
