In October 2023, Centennial Bank (d/b/a Shore Premier Finance) issued a loan for the purchase of a sailing catamaran. The loan was discharged with Shore in November 2023, because Shore discovered that its broker had engaged in fraud/forgery to obtain the loan and it was thus void. Centennial has failed to file a satisfaction of mortgage with the USCG and continues to illegally encumber the vessel. BEWARE. worst lending experience I have ever had. I have borrowed 100s of millions in business and this was THE WORST. Every day there was a new restriction, and 2 days prior to loan closing, their demands just got unbearable. Stay away.
