I just called to make a PT appointment as a new patient. The woman who answered the phone was rude. First thing she said: “what’s your insurance?” Not my name or why I’m seeking PT…then she proceeded to tell me I’m out of network, blah, blah, blah…she could not have cared less about patient well-being. I called somewhere else, all good with PT…
This is my second experience at Shote Points PT and second time with AJ. Couldn’t be more pleased
Great staff that does a great job.
