Ashley was a huge part of my team in helping me prepare and fix my hip flexor situation, for my first 100 Mile Ultra Trail Marathon finish in Indiana, October of 2024. During that run I tore my right calf muscle behind my knee, came back in to see Ashley a couple days after that with a right calf 2x its normal size, I couldn’t walk, couldn’t straighten my leg out, met once a week to work on it, and 5-6 weeks later I was running the JFK50 mile for my fourth finish, no pain, the calf had healed, no issues. I am so very grateful to Dana!!! An injury is hard enough for a young athlete (13) and PT can be discouraging at times for anyone. I believe she was the perfect person to get him through this. Dana never let him quit when he felt weak, always had quick witty comebacks for his teenage sarcasm and pushed him when needed. Their one on one approach at Shore Elite is by far the best. He was able to return to sports much quicker and stronger than before!! Ty ❤️
I cannot say enough about the excellent care I have received from Ashley and Dana at Shore Elite. They are total professionals and expert at what they do. I normally get anxious when visiting doctors but these two are so warm, welcoming and fun to be around. We joke and laugh the entire session. I can’t thank Ashley and Diana enough for everything they did for my 2 year old who broke his femur back in June 2024. I called 23 places for physical therapy and we were either place on a wait list or they couldn’t accommodate any pediatric patients under 4 years old. Ashley was recommended from us by a family friend and got us in quickly! Thanks to Ashley in Diana you would never tell my 2 year old son broke his femur in June. I highly recommend Elite Physical therapy!
