Great shopping center for the area The Shoppes at Blackstone Valley offer a great shopping center for the area. It's really the only shopping/dinning around for miles. It was built in 2004, and still continues to add stores. The anchor stores are Target, Old Navy. Babies R Us, Kohl's and Circuit City. They have restaurants like The Longhorne Steakhouse, Uno's, Appleby's and TGI Fridays, but there is a Quizno's and a new mexican place going in soon. Great Dining and Shopping What a great addition this plaza has been to our area. No matter what you are in the mood for, they have it. From an ice cream on a hot day at the Cold Stone Creamery to a great steak dinner at my husband's favorite - The Longhorn, you can't go wrong here. On a pleasant day, you can take a relaxed shopping stroll and window shop to outside music. Men, women and children all have a specialty shop to enjoy. It's just great.
The Shoppes at Blackstone Valley I find that this is one of the greatest things ever to happen to this part of Massachusetts. It has brought tourism and economy to this lost part of the state. Teens and kids and people of all ages can find something to do there. They can stop on and see a movie, grab some ice cream, or buy a book. It makes shopping a breeze for local people, they don't have to travel to Framingham or Auburn just to buy a pair of jeans. The Anti People parking lot Satan himself, or someone else who just hates people designed these parking lots. The fact that it takes several police details to usher traffic and place cones every weekend is testiment to either poor planning, government graft, idiots at the helm, or a combination of the three. The stores and theater are great. Its getting to them that's a problem.
