Customer service is horrible. The management is horrible. If you shop based on the prices listed in their sales ad please be mindful that this store doesn't honor the price listed in shoppers value sales paper. This was told to me by manager Boscoe. That is false advertisement.
I shop at the store regularly as well as help my disabled neighbor who works there get his things from there. Today I dropped my food stamps card in the conveyer and the manager worked for half an hour to get it back for me. Above and beyond great service!! They are always busy and keep the lines moving somehow. I don't mind paying an extra 10% to the store for their great services at all
Check your produce, eggs and frozen foods, I happen to purchase items I found to be expired since 2022. All red potatoes was wet,stink and rotten. Asparagus looked like dried sticks. Use caution when shopping
Here we go again. I wish they would close this store down. Or at least get better management at this location. 3 weeks ago I purchased some shrimp from this place. Today my kid opens them and was half through cooking some when she realized something was wrong. The smell, the color, the everything is wrong with them. So I try to return them and because they are open and thawed I am denied that right. Well how else are we to know they are bad Mr. Manager? Your sorry attitude was even more of an insult.
