I shop there monthly. I use to shop at Giants.
This shoppers over here in forestville Mall the steam table (hot food)supposed to be up at 9:00 a.m and it's 9:40 a.m.. so I go to the manager about the situation he was just as nasty as the lady that was working under him . Need to be shut down as well to. When you treat the customers like they don't mean nothing just ridiculous. I drove all the way to that location a 20-minute ride and the staff who work at the store to be nasty to you because you asked them why is not up and running.
They have one lady (older) working the deli and she clearly needs some assistance! I've been standing in this line for 20 minutes as an Instacart shopper! Her line is getting longer and no one has come out to offer assistance...POOR MANAGEMENT! I understand keeping sales high and labor low; but it shouldn't be at the expense of service and quality!! DO BETTER AND GET THIS LADY SOME HELP!
Pretty good service, a bit overpriced on most items particularly the coffee but not a bad option when your in the area
If you are thinking to buy more than 24 donuts, you has to call them because they got upset. They say "now is going to look empty the display you have to call 8 hours before 🤔" and after the security guy is going to follow you to say "now you lern Your lesson " ... My family came to visit me so? How could I know 8 hours before that they want donuts??????
