Every time i come to this shoppers to pay my washington gas or electric bill at the customer service desk they say the machine is down. I come once a month and 95 percent of the time they say that. Its ridiculous! I can't go online and pay because I have a credit and want to keep my credit on those accounts so the utility companies told me I have to go and pay in person. I am starting to think they are just lying so they dont have to help people smh
