I have never had a problem with shopko however the pharmacist made my daughter extremely uncomfortable. When i stopped in after the doctor said the prescription would be waiting they dont open till 9 but they are there much earlier. Said a 25 minute wait after i arrived there a half hour after they opened. Daughter had to go there later and pharmacist was prying into her personal life and tried giving her relationship advice. Very disturbing.
Pharmacy is terrible. They have messed up many refills and have asked me to call the doctor to fix their mistakes!
Tried to exchange some defective merchandise that was washed the first time. Items tore apart. Six of the other items just bought and washed in same washing cycle are fine. Store manager stated my fault and no exchange or return. I said the items have to be defective since the other 6 are fine. I then asked if I could repurchase new items for the sale price I paid. Usually I give a 5 however my visit wasn't what I expected today call to make sure they have the item, get there look around for it couldn't find it then went to the service counter where three ladies only pointed to where they believe it could be. Guess what they didn't have it. They where all guessing on who took the call. I'm my opinion if someone calls you should actually check.. will not have my business for a long time.
Stuff said it was on sale but was not then on way out my little girl wanted a toy from them 50 cent thing it ate her money I told the ladies she said pit a nother 25 cents in it maybe I'm like no I'm not putting more money in it
