In July 2021, I ordered 2 shirts from this site. I love the one shirt I kept, but am still waiting on a refund for the other shirt I returned in August 2021. I really appreciate the sustainability of this designer and I love the shirt styles, but if it takes 5 months for an exchange or refund to be acknowledged and processed, I'm likely to shop elsewhere.
