I followed all of the requirements to collect kicks and when I earned enough kicks for a $10 PayPal reward I redeemed the points and Shopkick took the points but never gave me the $10 PayPal reward. I spent weeks calling back and forth to both PayPal and Shopkick Customer Service Support to keep getting referred back to the other company and to date I still have not received any resolution to this matter by either receiving my reward or my redeemed 2,500 points. Customer service is not existent and bad app development. Not worth the risk to submit offers anymore.
SCAM!! PLEASE DO NOT USE SHOPKICK! DO NOT Refer your family members they will ban all of your accounts because of the same location when you do the deals even though they stress to refer people! Have over a $100 in points to redeem in my account is suspended beware!
