I followed all of the requirements to collect kicks and when I earned enough kicks for a $10 PayPal reward I redeemed the points and Shopkick took the points but never gave me the $10 PayPal reward. I spent weeks calling back and forth to both PayPal and Shopkick Customer Service Support to keep getting referred back to the other company and to date I still have not received any resolution to this matter by either receiving my reward or my redeemed 2,500 points.
