I ordering from them though amazon. A U.V. sterilizer for my pond. Packet come on time, but the packed was not bubble wrapped, the cut two small box into one big box, this thing came in broken bulb and the glass that you see when the light is one. Call them no answered but I ask for send me a replacement so will see
