The first two reviews on this page are NOT from Shop Sassy Boutique. I'm sorry these two ladies had a bad experience with a Sassy shop, but I assure you, neither of them have ever placed an order with us. The only way I could respond to these is here, as Birdeye wanted me to pay a LOT to join so I could respond.
this company should not be in business. I have waited six months for one order, and three months for another order. they refuse to respond to my emails, and refuse to send my items or give a refund.
Terrible company. I ordered 4 shirts June 4, 2021. Today is August 14, 2021. I have not received any item. I have asked for refund. Seller will not refund payment or provide merchandise.
RecommendedSassy always has the best clothes at great prices! This boutique is a must when in Rockport... or ONLINE 😜 The owners are so amazing! Their live posts are always fun to watch. Do yourself a favor and Shop Sassy 😘
Order two shirts and received them the NEXT day! I’m sure it helped I’m in Texas also...but 🤩 what great service. The selection is super cute ❤️ and great prices. I’ll definitely shop again, and again, and again....

fast shipping! very friendly when needed information. the sandles are simply the cutest. I'm in love.
My daughter loves shopping here. They have such cute clothes. We got her valentine outfit here and just and outfit for school.
There is a no return policy with them. I accidentally hit the purchase button on my phone and because I’ve shopped in the past with them they automatically charged my card I had on file . I called right away and was told they do not do refunds .
Always great service, my daughter had her first school dance and the ladies up there went over and beyond to help her pick the perfect shoes. ❤️
