I recently purchased over $200 worth of groceries, and went through the self checkout. Upon printing my receipt, an employee approached me and asked if I scanned my water and cat food. I assured her that I had, and she insisted on seeing my receipt. I produced the receipt and she verified the cat food but persisted that the water was not scanned. The gesture is appreciated but could you maybe have your cart person chill with walking up to customers while they're unloading their groceries into their car and then awkwardly standing there waiting for the cart? I understand they're trying to be helpful but maybe just give people a minute until they're done and then go get the cart? Thanks. Otherwise, 5 stars.
