I will never come back to the store after dealing with the manager? in the hot food department. When they had the chicken wing special for a day of football, there was no sign out stating "not self-serve", so i lifted the lid to see what kind of chicken wings there were. She came running out screaming at me for touching the lid. I immediately reported her to RAY and two other managers. I told them they needed to have a sign up so people didn't think it was self-serve. They said they would talk to her. This was about 6 months... read more

This is a nice store, but here is a smell of rotted food that hits you as soon as you walk in the door. This is not the only Shop 'n Save where I have experienced this. Dear Management... You need to work on that smell, or mask it somehow. The smell of rotting food is not good for business.

I go here for specific items, but their prices in general are significantly higher than Giant Eagle and leaps and bounds from Aldi. For example, I use Red Rose tea bags and Shop & Save is $1 more per box. They DO have the best cake I have ever eaten, the yellow cake with chocolate whipped cream icing.
